چکیده :
Abstract—This paper introduces a novel three-part modular Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM), whose stator is divided into three four-pole modules, each pole featuring two teeth. To enhance the generated torque, permanent magnets are embedded in the stator yoke. Initially, the operating principles of the proposed motor are described, and its key parameters are determined through parametric analysis. Subsequently, two-dimensional Finite Element Analysis (2D FEA) is employed to extract relevant data, including flux distribution and torque characteristics. The obtained results are compared with a similar version without magnets as well as with previous studies. These comparisons indicate that the designed motor exhibits superior performance, particularly in applications requiring high torque.
