چکیده :
Abstract—Modern energy systems heavily rely on high step-up resonant converters. In renewable energy systems, there is a critical demand for voltage step-up converters that provide high efficiency and minimal losses. This paper presents a new non-isolated high step-up DC-DC converter suitable for various applications. The absence of a transformer, and thus the elimination of core losses, leads to the proposed converter having high efficiency. In this converter, The resonant tank enables soft switching operation, reducing the undesirable effects of hard switching. In the designed converter, ZVS is accomplished for MOSFETs and ZCS for rectifier diodes. The control of the proposed DC-DC converter is carried out using the PWM method, which changes the duty cycle to control the output power and change the output voltage to achieve the desired power. Soft-switching operation reduces the converter’s electromagnetic interference (EMI). The converter topology and its performance are analyzed comprehensively. Finally, to validate the performance of the suggested converter, results are offered for a 1200-watt prototype, showing that the the output voltage is tunable in the range of 320 V to 500 V by varying the duty cycle between 0.4 and 0.61.
