چکیده :
Transformers vibration noise exists mainly because of the magnetostriction of the silicon steel sheets of the iron core. Because the internal structure of the large transformer is involved, it is difficult to accurately analyze the generation and propagation process of the noise theoretically. It is necessary to explain that transformer vibration and transformer sound measurements and analysis are different, although the origin of both is the same. The most noticeable difference between these two methods is their measurement methods. The transformer sound is measured as a contactless method, but in vibrating measurements, the sensors are mounted on the tank. In this paper, sound and vibration models have been discussed, and finally they have been compared. Then, transformer fault prognosis using real-time sound and vibration signals with 2 different practical studies has been reviewed. It should be noted that for sound signal measurement, there is also the problem of ambient noise, but in contrast, the method of sound level relative to the vibration signal measurement is contactless. Finally, it can be concluded that measuring both signals together to determine the transformer fault is costly, and also, analyzing is time-consuming, but it will lead to more reliable results.
