چکیده :
Mechanical gears have been replaced with magnetic gears, that provide the advantages of increased dependability and high efficiency in noncontact torque transfer. But the magnetic gear still needs to be improved because of problems of high cogging torque. This paper proposes an innovative design that solves the issue of the magnetic gear's high cogging torque. This study employs two-dimensional finite element analysis and genetic algorithm to optimize the suggested design. Also, mechanical analysis has been done to determine the safe working area of the magnetic gear and its results have been presented.
