چکیده :
The rapid growth of the electric vehicle (EV) market has led to significant advancements in wireless EV charging technologies, attracting considerable attention in recent years. In this paper, the primary focus is on the parameter optimization of magnetic structures for the transmitter and receiver pads in wireless electric vehicle charging systems. Fundamental topologies are rigorously simulated and systematically analyzed to evaluate their optimal performance. A comprehensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is conducted to evaluate the performance metrics of various topologies under multi-axial misalignment conditions along the x, y, and rotational z axes. To validate the simulation results, a circular pad prototype was fabricated. Leveraging the high precision achieved in the simulations, a comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis is conducted across fundamental topological configurations. This analysis encompasses various geometries, including square (SP), circular (CP), double-D (DD), double-D quadrature (DDQ), and bipolar pad (BP), each of which are introduced and discussed in detail.
