A New Moon Shape Barriers Design of Reluctance Rotor in Coaxial Reluctance Magnetic Gear

چکیده :
This study introduces a novel hybrid geometry for the inner rotor of reluctance magnetic gear by taking advantage of two salient and non-salient topology. In the proposed model, duo to the smooth change of reluctance of inner rotor by rotating, there is a significant drop in cogging torque for both high and low speed rotors. In this paper the performance of presented reluctance magnetic gear is simulated by finite element analysis, optimized with genetic algorithm and compared with the optimized conventional rotor model. At last, the mechanical performance is analyzed in high speeds.
