چکیده :
Optimizing the design of synchronous reluctance motors to reduce torque ripple and maximize torque, efficiency, and losses is the primary objective of this article. It serves as an introduction to the theoretical foundations of synchronous reluctance motors, underscoring the importance of torque generation and rotor design. The review evaluates articles from the past few years in this field that have explored a variety of techniques for optimizing the design of synchronous reluctance motors. The findings indicate that the optimal design of the rotor is essential for the attainment of performance characteristics that are both acceptable and appropriate for synchronous reluctance motors. A cost-effective alternative to conventional squirrel cage induction motors in comparable circumstances is the production of high torque output with minimal perturbation through an effective rotor optimization process.
