چکیده :
This paper presents a new structure for the rotor poles in reluctance magnetic gears, which improves the torque profile compared to the conventional model that uses surface-mounted permanent magnets between the rotor poles. Naturally, structures with surface-mounted magnets face retention issues, particularly at high speeds. This problem has been addressed in the proposed structure through the inclusion of pole shoes. Additionally, less magnetic material is used compared to the conventional model, leading to cost reduction. To identify the superior geometric configuration from the proposed model, sensitivity analysis is employed alongside finite element analysis, and the selected topology is compared to the traditional model from various perspectives. The results validate the proposed model from different aspects, especially in terms of torque profiles.
