چکیده :
This paper presents an innovative magnetic gear design that can function as a gearbox with a single input or output and two outputs or inputs. The proposed topology introduces a novel five-rotor configuration consisting of three permanent magnet rotors and two modulation rotors, unlike conventional magnetic gears with only three rotors. Owing to its symmetric multi-rotor structure, the gearbox can divide the power of a single input shaft into two outputs (or combine two inputs into one output) with identical speeds and torques. The proposed gear design was modeled and analyzed using finite element analysis (FEA), and the results effectively demonstrate the capability and advantages of this novel topology for systems that require balanced dual-input or dual-output power transmission.
