English papers accepted in ICEMD 2023 will be indexed in IEEEXplore digital library.
we would like to inform you that, through the continuous efforts of the conference executive committee, the accepted English papers of the ICEMD 2023 will be indexed in the IEEE-Xplore digital library. Therefore, it is necessary for all English papers submitted to the conference to adhere to the default IEEE tepmplate, while also observing ethical principles (please check authors' guide).
